InstaGrab is a technical utility that proxies public, unauthenticated media files from Instagram's content delivery networks (CDNs) directly to the user's browser.

• We do not bypass user privacy settings, download private content, or bypass logins.
• The availability of the service is subject to the public access policy of Instagram. If Instagram restricts public access or changes its page configurations, our service might stop working.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to abuse the platform. Forbidden behaviors include:

• Attempting to bypass our API rate limits or concurrent download trackers.
• Using crawlers, scripts, or automated tools to query our resolution and download endpoints.
• Flooding the server with traffic (DDoS) or scanning our endpoints for vulnerabilities.
• Using our download proxy to distribute malware or dangerous content.

Users are solely responsible for the content they retrieve. All copyrights, intellectual property, and trademark rights belong to their respective creators. You agree to indemnify Team Gyata and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your unauthorized download or reuse of copyrighted materials.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or suspend access to our endpoints per IP at any time without notice.
